Canine Care Specialist
The Canine Care Specialist’s primary role is to ensure safe play and that all guests receive the highest standards of canine care. This includes meeting their basic needs for food, water, sanitary conditions, play time activity and business walks. Our CCSs are responsible for treating all guests like family and ensuring that they all get lots of play, socialization, love, affection, attention and interaction in a positive way. Must be able to work with a team in a fast-paced environment and physically able to secure and handle all types of dogs. Experience in lodging/ day camp setting is preferable, but not required. This position requires working on weekends and holidays as these are our busiest times. Receptionist
Receptionists are responsible for enthusiastically greeting clients as they enter DogsWorld. Your duties will include answering incoming phone calls, assisting clients with their reservations, accurately invoicing and accepting payments, light cleaning, and giving outstanding customer service to all clients both on two legs and four. Candidates for this position should always be professional and polished with previous experience interacting with clients, experience with multi-line phone systems, high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong computer/data entry skills. Hours vary and require weekends and holidays. Reservation Specialist
Are you an experienced, enthusiastic inside salesperson who loves dogs? This could be the perfect place for you! This position is responsible for booking reservations and selling all types of fun activities and packages for customers dogs. Your duties include taking incoming sales calls (no cold calls), giving tours, making outbound calls to existing clients, and spending most of your day on the phone.
